Paula Mee

Consultant Dietitian

Paula is a current member and a past president of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI), the professional body for CORU registered dietitians in Ireland. Paula provides an extensive range of services in nutrition and corporate wellness. Paula has been awarded a Masters in Health Sciences and Diplomas in Allergy, Sports Nutrition and PR.

She has additional training in behavioural change, health & wellness coaching and in her special interest area, gastroenterology. Paula’s has co-authored Your Middle Years, Love them, Live them, Own them, 2016 and Gut Feeling, 2017, on the management of gut problems, irritable bowel syndrome and the low fodmap diet. Prior to setting up her own consultancy, she was the Nutrition Manager for Superquinn and Senior Nutritionist in the National Dairy Council sitting on the Board of Consumer Foods in Bord Bia and has practiced as a clinical dietitian in hospitals in Northern Ireland.

Jennifer Wilson O'Raghallaigh

Dr. Jennifer Wilson O’Raghallaigh

Principal Clinical Psychologist

Jenny is a Principal Clinical Psychologist working on the Liaison Psychiatry Team at Beaumont Hospital.  She specializes in the assessment and treatment of patients in the hospital who are experiencing significant distress.

Jenny manages and delivers the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme for patients of the hospital and co-directs the Better Health, Better Living (BHBL) programme, which is the Beaumont Hospital delivery of the Chronic Disease Self Management Program from Stanford University.

Professor Liam Glynn

Professor of General Practice

Liam is Professor of General Practice at the  Graduate Entry Medical School, University of Limerick, GP principle in Ballyvaughan Medical Centre, Co. Clare, and a member of the Health Research Institute.  He was appointed a HRB Cochrane fellow in 2007 and is lead author of Cochrane systematic reviews in hypertension, with over 150 publications, 4 book chapters and two thousand citations.

Among his primary research interests are preventive medicine, with a focus on physical activity, and hypertension. He is also interested in developing technological solutions for healthcare and particularly using mobile technology for health solutions.
